We take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our livestock during transit, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.

6. Shipping Policy

7. Refunds & DOA Policy

We offer refunds or replacements for DOA (Dead on Arrival) livestock, provided that:

  • You notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
  • You provide clear photos of the unopened bag and deceased item.
  • You followed our acclimation and care guidelines.

Refunds for non-livestock items are subject to our return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
