Italian Vallisneria

Italian Val 

Italian val, also called straight vallisneria, is a hardy val and slightly smaller than the larger jungle val and has long green narrow stems. Each order contains three bunched plants. If anyone out there knows where the common name “Italian” came from we would like to add it here! In aquascaping this plant is usually lace in the back or middle of the aquarium.
